Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  3. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  6. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  7. 1/2 cup sugar
  8. 1 egg
  9. 3/4 cup Snoqualmie Falls Lodge Oatmeal
  10. 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  11. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch pan. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder; set aside. In a separate bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat on low speed until blended. Add reserved dry ingredients and continue to beat on low speed until well blended. Fold in oatmeal, butterscotch chips and walnuts. Spread dough into prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes or until light brown. (Do not over bake.) Cool before cutting.

  1. Makes 24, 2-inch servings.
