& Waffle Mix

 
Try a warm, fresh stack of pancakes or waffles, made from our Old Fashioned Pancake & Waffle Mix. Their hearty flavor and delicate texture will bring you back to a time when breakfast was as magnificent and unique as the natural world that went into making it.

FARM BREAKFAST PANCAKE DIRECTIONS

Pancake Mix*Cold Water5-inch Pancakes
1 cup ¾ cup 5-6
2 cups 1½ cups 10-12
3 cups 2¼ cups 15-18
*Fluff mix with a fork before measuring. Do not pack.

1. Lightly grease and preheat griddle or frying pan to 375°F (medium heat).
2. Place water in a bowl; add mix. Using a wire whisk, stir until blended. (Batter will be slightly lumpy.) For thicker pancakes, decrease water to 2/3 cup for each cup of mix used and allow batter to thicken for 5 minutes.
3. Pour ¼ cup batter for each 5-inch pancake onto preheated griddle or pan.
4. Cook until small bubbles cover entire surface or 1-1¼ minutes on each side until golden brown. Turn only once. Serve hot with butter and your favorite pancake topping.

Waffle Mix*WaterVegetable Oil4-inch Waffles
2 cups 1½ cups 2 tablespoons 10 waffles
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. Place water and oil in a bowl; add mix. Using a wire whisk, stir until blended.
3. Allow batter to thicken for 5 minutes.
4. Pour 1 cup batter (1/4 cup for each 4-inch grid) onto preheated waffle iron.
5. Cook waffles following manufacturer’s directions or until steaming stops. Serve hot with butter and your favorite waffle topping.

Snoqualmie Falls Lodge Oatmeal

 
Try a bowl of Snoqualmie Falls Lodge Oatmeal, cut extra thick for a heartier, whole oat texture. Its robust flavor comes from a European roasting technique that gives it a nutty taste. Our oatmeal makes a wholesome, delicious meal, complete with natural fiber.

STOVE TOP COOKING DIRECTIONS

Water 1 cup 2 cups 3 cups 4 cups
Salt (optional) dash 1/8 – 1/4 tsp 1/8 – 1/4 tsp 1/4 – 1/2 tsp
Oats 1/2 cup 1 cup 1½ cup 2 cups
1. Bring water and salt to boil.
2. Slowly stir in oats.
3. Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Serve the lodge way with brown sugar, butter and cream or milk.

Microwave Directions (single serving): Place ¾ cup water, dash of salt (optional) and ½ cup oats in microwave-safe bowl. Heat on HIGH for 3 minutes; stir. Let stand about 3 minutes.
